Job Summary

We are seeking an HR Shared Services Administrator to join our team. As an HR Shared Services Administrator, you will be responsible for providing support to employees and stakeholders across the organization. This includes responding to and resolving tier 1 level support queries, coaching managers and employees on HR processes and tools, and providing entry-level policy advice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees and stakeholders
  • Coach managers and employees on HR processes and tools
  • Provide entry-level policy advice to line managers and employees
  • Partner with other teams to support client-centric approach
  • Lead on pre-employment processes, including new hire documentation and right to work checks
  • Data entry and data maintenance in Workday and other business systems
  • Responsible for document management processes within HR Shared Services
  • Provide support on reporting of issues and escalates situations as appropriate
  • Process and reconcile purchases and invoices within the HR function
  • Actively support management in identifying and implementing continuous service improvement initiatives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to have a strong understanding of HR processes and tools, as well as the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
