About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join our team at ESS. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experience to our clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present high-quality food and beverages to our clients and customers
  • Create visually appealing food and counter displays to enhance the customer experience
  • Represent ESS and maintain a positive brand image at all times
  • Handle cash and operate the cash register with accuracy and efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with Food Handling & Hygiene standards and Health & Safety regulations

  • Must have an enthusiastic and can-do attitude, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service
