Role Overview: As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our company by developing and implementing solutions that enhance our internal operations and customer-facing products. This role requires a strong understanding of the fashion industry, as well as excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Vision and Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond, ensuring timely and high-quality product releases.
  • Product Prioritization: Work closely with the VP of Product to prioritize product features and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Product Requirements and Specifications: Develop detailed product requirements and specifications, ensuring seamless collaboration with developers and designers.
  • Product Performance Monitoring: Monitor product performance and iterate based on user feedback and data analytics, driving continuous improvement.
  • Documentation and Communication: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all product initiatives, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications:

  • 4 years proven experience as a Senior Product Manager, preferably in the tech or fashion industry.
  • Strong proficiency with Figma, Excel, and ClickUp.
  • Excellent project management skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and drive innovation.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
