Client Support Training Specialist

Our client, a prominent player in the fleet management sector, is expanding its team and is looking for a Client Support Training Specialist to enhance their operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle incoming inquiries from clients wishing to schedule services, maintenance, and repairs for their fleet vehicles.
- Coordinate and arrange service, maintenance, and repairs with designated suppliers.
- Organize additional ancillary services as necessary.
- Perform various tasks as required by the organization.
- Proven experience in a client support or customer service role is essential.
- Proficient in using computers, the internet, and email, with a quick ability to learn new software applications.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook are required.
- Death in Service benefit – 4 times salary.
