Job Overview
Humnize is seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, ensuring their IT systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop sessions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with Windows Server, Azure, Exchange, and Active Directory.
- Configure and manage 365 Admin, Teams, and PowerShell environments.
- Perform network troubleshooting and resolve issues related to remote desktop services.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement technical solutions to improve client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Strong foundation in 365 Admin, Teams, PowerShell, and Active Directory.
- Experience with Windows Server, Azure, and Exchange administration.
- Basic knowledge of network troubleshooting and remote desktop services.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A full, clean UK driving license is essential for this role.
