Key Responsibilities
  • Trade Settlements: Ensure timely and accurate settlement of trades, including the processing of client funds and assets.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client transactions, including trade confirmations and settlement reports.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including the CASS rules, and maintain accurate records of compliance activities.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in settlement and trade processing, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
