Job Title: Senior FX Settlements Analyst

About the Role

At Orla Rose Associates, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior FX Settlements Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our FX Operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth settlement of FX transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all incoming receipts and outgoing FX payments for clients that require taking delivery
  • Process and maintain FX client trading limits
  • Liaise with key stakeholders on FX desk queries and booking FX amendments/rolls
  • Develop and maintain close relationships with clients to handle all FX queries
  • Work closely with Treasury and accounts to ensure smooth settlement processes
  • Ensure distribution of FX client position statements
  • Manage the team FX inbox
  • Perform payment netting with Liquidity Providers and Clients
  • Identify and escalate high-risk exceptions

Requirements

  • 2-3 years' experience working in an FX payments/settlements team
  • In-depth knowledge of FX settlements from trade date to settlement
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proactive mindset and ability to work under pressure for demanding stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of Operational Risk within a middle office or operations department
  • Knowledge of FX Options products and associated lifecycle events
  • Experience in product-related project work
  • Experience of processing FX trade settlements
