Location: Hybrid role involving both hospice and home-based work, with travel required across designated regions.

Role Overview: The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Senior Human Resources Advisor to deliver a comprehensive and high-quality HR service to the Caring Services directorate. This role entails providing expert guidance to both managers and employees on a wide array of HR issues, ensuring compliance with relevant employment legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer professional HR advice on various matters, supporting the HR Business Partner and Senior Human Resources Advisor.
  • Manage a defined Employee Relations remit for the assigned regions.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in generalist HR roles, particularly in change management.
  • Recent experience in a similar fast-paced environment with multi-site responsibilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle various Employee Relations situations professionally and sensitively.
