Job Description

Alexander Lloyd is delighted to be partnering with a well-known organization to recruit an Employee Relations Manager.

The ER Manager will report to the Head of Employee Relations and be responsible for managing the Trade Unions/Industrial Relations side of the business, including pay negotiations. This role does not involve line management responsibilities or ER casework attachment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Trade Unions/Industrial Relations, including pay negotiations
  • Assess risks, exercise sound judgment, and make fair and appropriate decisions
  • Develop and implement effective Industrial Relations strategies

This is a hybrid role, split between 2/3 days in the office and 2/3 days at home.
