Event Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team at Charity Recruitment. As an Event Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and management of regional and national events, both virtual and in-person.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the design, planning, and budgeting of events
  • Coordinate with event participants, including onboarding and exit coordination
  • Manage logistical and administrative tasks as needed
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings and bookings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
  • Respond to inquiries via email, phone, or in-person
  • Oversee participant data management in Salesforce and other systems
  • Produce reports and analytics, presenting key updates in relevant meetings
Requirements:
  • Experience in managing online events
  • Previous experience in administration within a fast-paced office environment
  • Skilled in organizing meetings and taking detailed notes
  • Competent in using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Familiar with venue procurement, contract management, and managing large budgets
