Pay Rate: £15-17 per hour

Job Overview:
As a Traffic Management Operative, your primary responsibility will be to establish, oversee, and dismantle temporary traffic control systems in accordance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up, manage, and take down temporary traffic management systems, including cones, barriers, signage, and temporary traffic signals.
  • Implement and monitor traffic management strategies in line with industry standards and certifications.
  • Conduct routine inspections to ensure all traffic management equipment is functioning properly.
  • Maintain detailed records of all traffic management activities and any incidents that occur.
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Valid certification for traffic management operations.
  • Previous experience in traffic management or a related field is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations pertaining to traffic management.
  • A valid driving license is preferred.
  • Physical capability to lift and transport traffic management equipment.
