Job Description

As a Facilities Operations Team Leader at Inter IKEA Systems B.V., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our shopping centers. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the facilities management service providers to maintain and operate the property at a high level, with a focus on sustainability.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Partner with Facility Management Team: Collaborate with the facility management team to deliver excellent facilities management services that positively impact customer experience.
  2. Update Facilities Management Requirements: Be responsible for updating all requirements for the facilities management organization on a yearly basis.
  3. Interface between Meeting Place Management Team and Facilities Management Service: Serve as the interface between the meeting place management team and facilities management service for the installation of events or any other activities that require a technical component.
  4. Interface between Facilities Management Service and Meeting Place Management Team: Be the interface between the facilities management service and meeting place management team in terms of continuous performance improvement in sustainability areas, including energy, emissions, water management, waste management, and implementation of company and local sustainability initiatives, in cooperation with community engagement.
  5. Responsible for Duty Management Training, Scheduling, and Implementation: In cooperation with the security and safety function, be responsible for duty management training, scheduling, and implementation.
  6. Build up Overall Meeting Place Risk Management: Build up overall meeting place risk management on fire safety, security, facility safety, natural hazard prevention, traffic safety, crime prevention, training on safety and security, and environmental issues.
  7. Execute Applicable Manuals and Regulations: Execute all applicable manuals and regulations, including the Ingka Centres Risk Manual, ICC risk-related rules, processes, and routines.
  8. Coordinate Training to Co-workers, Tenants, and Outsourcing Staff: Coordinate to deliver training to co-workers, tenants, and outsourcing staff, such as arranging fire drills for the shopping center regularly.
What You Need to Know
