Job Title: Commercial Account Handler

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Account Handler to join our team at STRIDE RESOURCE MANAGEMENT LTD. As a Commercial Account Handler, you will be responsible for handling existing commercial insurance business via the telephone, managing client expectations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Obtain quotations for commercial insurance policies, using delegated authority arrangements or by referring to insurers.
  • Communicate quotations to clients, advising on the most suitable options in terms of price and cover.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and grow the company's reputation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders.
