The Company:

Our client is a successful and growing insurance broker in the industry, offering fantastic support towards career progression and technical insurance broking skills.

You will work alongside friendly & experienced staff which will mentor and help train you, providing a supportive environment to grow and develop your skills.

The Role:

As a Commercial Account Handler, you will be the main point of contact to handle commercial clients' insurance enquiries, including renewals, new business, and mid-term adjustments.

This is an excellent opportunity to put your stamp on an exciting Commercial function and to showcase your abilities and client management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling a wide range of commercial clients
  • Managing client relationships and providing excellent customer service
  • Processing new business, renewals, and mid-term adjustments
  • Working closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities
  • Providing technical insurance broking skills and support to clients

Requirements:

  • Insurance background with commercial experience
  • CII exams or equivalent qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
