Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare documentation for clients in relation to renewals, mid-term alterations, and new business enquiries.
  • Work closely with Account Executives to meet clients' requirements.
  • Deal with client queries on the phone, by email, and face-to-face.
  • Provide a comprehensive customer service to meet the insurance needs of a range of clients.
  • Join a long-standing team that provides training and guidance where necessary.
Requirements
  • Previous experience within insurance is essential, ideally within an Insurance Broker, but applicants from a Commercial Underwriting background will be considered.
  • Strong IT, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work within a team and individually.
  • Acturis would be an advantage, but not essential.
Benefits
