About the Role

VRAI is a pioneering digital-first direct-to-consumer brand that is revolutionizing the diamond jewelry industry. As a Diamond Sales Expert, you will be a trusted advisor in the customer journey, playing a key role in growing the retail experience at VRAI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Consultation: Provide personalized consultations to clients, assisting them with jewelry selection, diamond education, and jewelry care.
  • Sales and Growth: Drive sales and contribute to company growth by managing your lead pipeline and nurturing and developing leads.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other showroom and virtual sales team members on clienteling and custom design projects.
  • Product and Marketing Support: Collaborate with VRAI's marketing and product team on product launches, trend and product feedback, in-store events, press days, activations, and influencer hosting.
Requirements
  • E-commerce and Jewelry Experience: Strong e-commerce/direct-to-consumer and/or jewelry experience is preferred.
  • Sales Performance: Proven ability to close sales in a high-volume environment.
  • Independent and Motivated: Independent, motivated, and well-organized with excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Compassionate and Technologically Savvy: Compassionate, positive, technologically savvy, patient, and a people-person.
  • Location and Availability: Lives in the London area and available weekends.
