We are seeking a talented and charismatic Luxury Diamond Sales Specialist to join our team at VRAI, one of the fastest-growing digital-first direct-to-consumer brands in the industry. Our mission is to modernize diamond jewelry through sustainable practices, and we're looking for an expert who shares our passion for innovation and customer satisfaction.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with a high-performing team of luxury sales professionals committed to offering first-in-class service remotely and in the showroom. As a Luxury Diamond Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting clients with jewelry selection, diamond education, and personalized consultations to create memorable experiences for life's special milestones.

You will be expected to:

  • Be a trusted advisor and assist clients with jewelry selection, diamond education, and company policy (returns, upgrades, resizes, etc.) through personalized consults and follow-ups.
  • Manage your lead pipeline and nurture and develop leads to contribute to company growth.
  • Work collaboratively with other showroom and virtual sales team members on clienteling and custom design projects.
  • Collaborate with VRAI marketing and product teams on product launches, trend and product feedback, in-store events, press days, activations, and influencer hosting.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • E-commerce/direct-to-consumer and/or jewelry experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to close sales in a high-volume environment.
  • Independent, motivated, and well-organized with excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Compassionate, positive, technologically savvy, patient, and people-person.
  • Lives in the London area & Available weekends.
What We Offer

As a Luxury Diamond Sales Specialist at VRAI, you can expect a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, based on experience and performance. You will also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and paid time off.
