About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Store Manager to support our Store Manager in driving sales and profit, as well as ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Profit: Drive and achieve retail store targets by analyzing sales reports and strategically problem-solving.
  2. Store Operations: Maintain a well-organized and efficient store environment, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  3. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive experience in our store.
  4. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our products, including fashionable jewelry, accessories, and cosmetics.
  5. Team Management: Support and develop the skills of our store team, ensuring that they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

  1. High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  2. Retail Management Experience: A minimum of one year of retail management experience is required.
  3. Basic Computer Skills: Basic computer skills are necessary for this role.
  4. Analytical Skills: The ability to analyze sales reports and strategically problem-solve is essential.
  5. Physical Demands: The ability to stand during scheduled shifts and perform tasks that require bending, stooping, and climbing ladders and step stools.
