About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring seamless execution of sales, customer service, and inventory management processes.
  • Team Leadership: Develop and lead a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Sales and Customer Experience: Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts, and implementing effective stockroom procedures.
  • Store Visual Merchandising: Work with the Store Manager to maintain visually appealing store displays, ensuring a consistent and engaging customer experience.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales and customer service reports to the Store Manager, analyzing trends and making recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in a retail management role, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
