**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership team, you'll play a vital role in driving store performance and delivering a premium retail experience for our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist the Store Manager in driving store performance and achieving sales targets
  • Lead and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising plans to create an engaging and inspiring store environment
  • Manage inventory and stock levels to ensure optimal product availability and minimize waste
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in a retail management role, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet business needs
