Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at HBF Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for carrying out remedial works on recently purchased properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To carry out remedial works as deployed by the customer service team in occupied and unoccupied properties, ensuring that repairs are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • To complete works in line with industry standards and regulations, including NHBC and LABC.
  • To review defects lists and procure any necessary materials prior to customer appointments.
  • To complete stock unit inspections on dead sites to ensure that units are up to the required standard for walk-through.
  • To meet with customers, inspect reported defects, and compile reports with photographs to pass back to the customer service team.
  • To attend NHBC Resolutions and meet with customers to discuss reports and photographs.
  • To maintain accurate records on the Defects Management System.
  • To organize and prioritize workload effectively.
Requirements:
  • IT literacy and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good practical experience within all aspects of the building industry.
  • Basic knowledge of carpentry, bricklaying, plastering, drylining, and all finishing trades.
  • A resilient personality and the ability to maintain a professional image.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize effectively.
  • A current driving license.
