About the Role:

Kennedy Pearce Consulting is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team. As an HR Advisor, you will provide practical, commercial, and ethical HR advice to our clients, aligning with our company values.

This is a full-time position, and you will be based onsite 3 days a week and 2 days from home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients seeking HR advice and guidance.
  • Coach and support clients through HR processes, including absence management, performance, disciplinary, and grievance procedures.
  • Develop and implement tools to upskill clients and increase their confidence and competence in HR matters.
  • Collaborate with various business areas to support key processes, such as pay review, performance calibration, employee engagement action planning, talent mapping, and process optimization.
  • Build and maintain credible relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure seamless implementation and revisions of HR processes across all sites.
  • Oversee all HR aspects related to compliance, including payroll, recruitment, and employee lifecycle.
  • Assist with change management processes and review, update HR policies and procedures to ensure they align with current UK legislation.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training and feedback recommendations for changes.
  • Deliver training aligned to behaviors and culture.

Requirements:

  • CIPD qualified (desirable).
  • Management of HR-related IT programs and systems.
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle difficult and sensitive situations, and make critical decisions.
  • Strong written and communication skills.
  • Stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally.
  • Forward-thinking and proactive approach.

  • Ability to effectively motivate diverse teams and drive engagement, increase capability, professional excellence, and performance.
  • Ability to influence at a senior level.
