Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for managers seeking HR advice and guidance.
  • Coach and support managers through HR processes, including absence management, performance, disciplinary, and grievance procedures.
  • Create tools to upskill line managers and increase their confidence and competence in HR matters.
  • Work across the business areas to support key processes, such as pay review, performance calibration, employee engagement action planning, and talent mapping.
  • Optimize HR processes and suggest improvements for streamlining and automation.
  • Build credible relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the implementation and revision of HR processes across all UK sites.
  • Oversee all HR aspects related to compliance, including payroll, recruitment, and employee lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • CIPD qualified (desirable).

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with difficult and sensitive situations.
  • Strong written and communication skills.
  • Stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally.
