HR Advisor Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our HR team at Kennedy Pearce Consulting. As an HR Advisor, you will provide practical, commercial, and ethical HR advice to line managers in line with our company values.

The successful candidate will be based onsite in Uckfield for 3 days per week and 2 days from home. This is a full-time position.

As part of our UK HR team, you will support the management of employee relations, talent management, and organizational development initiatives. Your expertise will help us maintain a positive and productive work environment.

We are looking for a skilled HR professional who can provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. If you have a passion for HR and a strong understanding of employment law, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR advice to line managers on employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Support the management of employee relations, including disciplinary procedures and grievances.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment law.
  • Collaborate with the HR Director to develop and implement organizational development initiatives.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops on HR-related topics.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Advisor or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
