About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our HR team at KennedyPearce Consulting. As an HR Advisor, you will provide practical, commercial, and ethical HR advice to our line managers in line with our company values.

This is a full-time position that requires you to work onsite 3 days a week and 2 days from home. You will be part of our UK HR team, supporting managers in effectively developing, managing, and retaining our people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for managers seeking HR advice and guidance.
  • Coach and support managers through HR processes, including absence management, performance, disciplinary, and grievance procedures.
  • Create tools to upskill line managers and increase their confidence and competence in HR matters.
  • Work across business areas as needed to support key processes, such as pay review, performance calibration, employee engagement action planning, talent mapping, and process optimization.
  • Build credible relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the seamless implementation and revision of HR processes across all UK sites.
  • Oversee all HR aspects related to compliance, including payroll, recruitment, and employee lifecycle.
  • Assist with change management processes and ensure a smooth transition.
  • Review and update HR policies and procedures to ensure they are in line with current UK legislation.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training and feedback recommendations for changes.
  • Deliver training aligned to our company's behaviors and culture.
Requirements
  • CIPD qualified (desirable).
  • Management of HR-related IT programs and systems.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with difficult and sensitive situations, and make critical decisions.
