We are seeking an experienced HR Adviser to join our HR team. As an HR Adviser, you will provide practical, commercial, and ethical HR advice to line managers in line with our company values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR advice to line managers on employee-related matters, including absence management, performance, disciplinary, and grievance procedures.
  • Coach and support managers through HR processes, including pay review, performance calibration, employee engagement action planning, and talent mapping.
  • Support the implementation and revision of HR processes across all UK sites.
  • Oversee all HR aspects related to compliance, including payroll, recruitment, and employee lifecycle.
  • Review and update HR policies and procedures to ensure they are in line with current UK legislation.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training and feedback recommendations for changes.
  • Manage HR-related IT programs and systems.
  • Handle employee relations, including complex cases.
  • Define strategic direction and detailed policies.
  • Effectively motivate diverse teams and drive engagement, increase capability, professional excellence, and performance.

Requirements:

  • Experience in HR advisory roles, preferably in a manufacturing company.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
