Customer Service and Operations Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service and Operations Analyst to join our Anti-Money Laundering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for investigating customer queries, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate customer queries and respond in a timely and accurate manner
  • Process transactions and ensure compliance with AML regulations
  • Monitor and participate in initiatives to improve customer service and processes
  • Review processing errors and customer complaints to identify trends and training needs
  • Complete end-to-end Luxembourg periodic reviews for Institutional Banking clients with private equity structures
Requirements
  • Knowledge and experience of working with AML processes and procedures
  • Awareness of up-to-date trends, policies, and regulations
  • Ability to work accurately, to deadlines, and with high levels of attention to detail
  • Understanding of the financial services industry and our customers
  • Knowledge of our products, processes, and banking systems
  • Good written and spoken communication skills
