Job Title: Associate Project Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Project Analyst to join our team at Acord (association For Cooperative Operations Research And Development). As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our strategic development program.

About the Role

The Associate Project Analyst will be responsible for ensuring accurate tracking of workstream status, conducting stakeholder impact assessments, and supporting operational readiness activities. You will work closely with our Ops leads, technology partners, senior management, and business counterparts to identify and mitigate risks using strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Track workstream status, including critical risks/issues and progress against milestones and targeted outcomes/benefits.
  2. Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and document findings (gap analysis, business requirements, process mapping, etc.).
  3. Support operational readiness activities, including user ID admin, procedures and control documentation, training documentation and facilitation, etc.
  4. Identify and mitigate risks using strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. 3-5 years operational or project experience.
  2. Knowledge of Cash/Payment/Banking Platforms is preferred but not required.
  3. Experience with Microsoft; especially Excel & PowerPoint.
  4. Project management or business analysis skills is a plus but not required.
