Job Title: Associate Project Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Project Analyst to join our team at Acord (association For Cooperative Operations Research And Development). As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our strategic development program.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Track workstream status, including critical risks/issues and progress against milestones and targeted outcomes/benefits.
  2. Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and document findings (gap analysis, business requirements, process mapping, etc.).
  3. Support BUAT and Pre-Production Parallel to ensure integrity of system data and operational requirements are clear, tested, and fully adopted.
  4. Support operational readiness activities such as user ID admin, procedures and control documentation, training documentation and facilitation, etc.
  5. Identify and mitigate risks using strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication.
Requirements:
  1. 3-5 years operational or project experience preferred.
  2. Knowledge of Cash/Payment/Banking Platforms is preferred but not required.
