About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our EMEA Cash Services team as a Cash Service Analyst, Senior Associate. This role will be responsible for monitoring client accounts for issues associated with cash, settlements, ad-hoc processing, reporting, and pre/post cycle reviews.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review assigned accounts for issues associated with cash (overdrafts, reconciliation), positions (trades, other), and ensure timely resolution.
  • Process month-end close functions, validate and sign-off on balances, and review for non-base balances.
  • Identify data or accounts trends for discussion in group meetings and provide analytical support in new client onboarding.
  • Interact with all GD teams (Accounting, Corporate Actions, Trading, Performance) and remain familiar with back-up procedures when system applications and/or transmission problems arise.
  • Build cooperative and professional internal/external relationships, achieving group and client goals, and utilize all available resources throughout STT.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of Investment Management experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and accounting platforms.
  • Motivated and team-oriented individual who possesses the ability to work in an energizing environment while handling multiple tasks.
  • Capable of adapting and leading through change.
