About the role:

We are seeking a skilled Operations Analyst to join our Edinburgh-based Transfers team. As an Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for processing operational tasks such as transfers and cash payments across various investment wrappers (ISAs, JISAs, GIAs, and Pensions).

About you:

  • Strong knowledge of transfer processes, including Equisoft (ATG) and Origo
  • Experienced with established platforms
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments with frequent context switching
  • Eager to learn and take ownership of processes and customer outcomes
  • Proactive, with a high level of ownership in delivering optimal client results
  • Organised and effective at cross-team communication
  • Interested in technical builds and keen to work in a tech-focused environment
