About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Operations Analyst to join our Edinburgh-based Transfers team. As an Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for processing operational tasks such as transfers and cash payments across various investment wrappers.

You will manage cash and asset flows using internal and external transfer and payment systems, collaborate with a small team to ensure accurate and timely completion of daily tasks, and maintain ownership of requests until resolution.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing operational tasks such as transfers and cash payments
  • Managing cash and asset flows using internal and external transfer and payment systems

About You:

  • Strong knowledge of transfer processes, including Equisoft (ATG) and Origo
  • Experienced with established platforms
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments with frequent context switching
  • Eager to learn and take ownership of processes and customer outcomes
  • Proactive, with a high level of ownership in delivering optimal client results
  • Organised and effective at cross-team communication
