As a Lead Care Facilitator, you will play a crucial role in establishing a robust foundation for a professional, safe, and welcoming environment. You will deliver high-quality, person-centered care with empathy and courage.
We expect you to possess a strong work ethic, exceptional communication, and organizational skills, along with the ability and enthusiasm to mentor our team of support workers.
You will demonstrate compassion and empathy, empowering our residents to have genuine choice and control over their lives.
With at least a care certificate, you will confidently lead others while maintaining a positive and motivating demeanor.
Additionally, you will be equipped to handle challenging or crisis situations with professionalism. In return, you will be valued and encouraged to enhance your skills through our commitment to training and support.
