Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team in Sidcup. As a Sales Administrator, you will provide administrative support to our sales team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Assist with preparing sales reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and other relevant data.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales team members and management.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the sales team.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a sales or customer-facing environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
