Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated real estate lawyer to join our team at Capital Law Limited. As a Senior Real Estate Lawyer, you will play a key role in building and maintaining client relationships, supervising and supporting the development of junior lawyers, and working effectively under pressure to tackle tough decisions and present innovative ways to help clients.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have extensive experience of practicing commercial property law, with a strong understanding of the importance of client relationships and the ability to create or strengthen client relationships. You will be technically competent and commercially aware, with excellent written and oral communication skills, clear written presentation, strong organisational skills, good time management, good initiative, and problem-solving ability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Play a key role in building and maintaining client relationships
  • Supervise and support the development of junior lawyers
  • Work effectively under pressure to tackle tough decisions and present innovative ways to help clients
  • Adhere to internal procedures and systems of Capital Law Limited, including file/case management, time recording, WIP management
  • Keep up to date with law and practice as part of continuing professional development (CPD)
  • Maintain high standards of professional conduct while generating required practice income
