About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Operations team as an Event Operations Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our events, from setup to teardown.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with external parties to ensure accurate records and timely updates.
  • Design and order branded merchandise and team clothing.
  • Manage the Exhibitor Technical Manual and Contractor Zone.
  • Set up and distribute onsite resources, WhatsApp chats, and staff handbooks.
  • Draft official customer and contractor notices/announcements.
  • Support international freight shipments and complete ad-hoc tasks.
