People Operations Consultant

Are you an experienced HR professional seeking a new opportunity within a dynamic and respected service-oriented organization? If so, we invite you to explore this role.

In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related inquiries throughout the employment journey, collaborating closely with the HR Business Partner to deliver comprehensive HR support and guidance to a specific business unit.

Your role will involve providing HR counsel to colleagues and stakeholders across various global locations, including the company's outsourced international shared service center.

This role offers flexibility with a hybrid working arrangement; you will be expected to work in the office three days a week and have the option to work from home for the remaining two days.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting directly to the Regional HR Business Partner, you will assist with operational functions such as managing employee relations cases and performing administrative tasks throughout the entire employment lifecycle.
  • Providing advice and support to managers regarding HR policies and procedures, including but not limited to disciplinary actions, grievance handling, performance management, and terminations.
  • Contributing to process enhancement initiatives by identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions.
  • Generating analytical reports to meet business needs.
  • Utilizing the HR information system to maintain data integrity and assist employees with related inquiries.
  • Collaborating with the broader HR team on various HR projects and initiatives.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in an HR Advisor role, with a strong background in managing employee relations issues.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively engage with colleagues at all levels.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
  • Proficient in IT applications, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, and HR software platforms.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
  • A CIPD qualification would be advantageous.

This position offers a hybrid work environment, 32 days of annual leave (including public holidays), with the potential to increase to 37 days, the option to purchase up to 5 additional days of leave each year, and a holiday shutdown during the festive season, among other benefits.
