About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Manpower Group Inc. as a Contracts Recruitment Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying, screening, and engaging with potential candidates to fill engineering contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Candidate Marketing: Develop and implement effective strategies to identify and attract top talent in the engineering industry.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure successful placements.
  • Personal Branding: Establish and maintain a strong online presence within the engineering recruitment field.
  • Targets and Expertise: Work towards achieving targets and becoming an expert in the field of engineering recruitment.
Requirements
  • Initiative and Drive: Demonstrate a strong ability to plan and manage own time effectively, with a drive to succeed and meet/exceed targets.
  • Resilience and Adaptability: Show resilience and a positive approach, with a strong work ethic and ambition to succeed.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Industry Experience: Ideally, have experience recruiting within the engineering industry.
