We are looking for a highly skilled E-commerce Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our client's online marketplace. Key Responsibilities

  • Order Fulfillment: Ensure that orders are filled correctly and delivered on time, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Supply Chain Management: Work with suppliers, factories, and delivery companies to ensure a seamless supply chain process.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, track stock, and optimize storage and distribution processes.
  • Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Use data to inform decision-making, track key performance indicators, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry regulations and best practices.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce fulfillment, production logistics, or a combination of both.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant field in business operations or logistics.
  • Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in enterprise resource planning (ERP) and inventory management software systems, and working knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
