E-Commerce Sales Manager FMCG

**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Sales Manager to join our team in the FMCG sector. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for steering our digital sales strategy in the UK and Ireland.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Drive sales through the integration and execution of a fresh e-commerce strategy
* Liaise with internal teams to incorporate current operational and logistical frameworks
* Ensure product listings are accurate and up to date, then replenished as required
* Identify and prioritise growth opportunities based on current trends
* Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO and PPC
* Ensure seamless customer journey from site navigation to purchase
* Adjust strategies to optimise ROI after analysing campaign performance

**Requirements**

* Minimum 3-5 years' experience in consumer goods or e-commerce
* Self-reliant, with strong building relationships and selling capabilities
* Confident managing client portfolio and maintaining relationships
* Able to people manage and task delegate
* Proficient in sales software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
