Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Digital and Ecommerce Executive to join our team at Fashion Career Consultancy. As a key member of our Ecommerce team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end customer journey, website and mobile app development roadmap, and improving conversion rates and KPIs.

About the Role

As a Digital and Ecommerce Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to improve online visibility and search engine rankings.
  • Leading the creation and development of engaging and compelling content across various platforms.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and marketing objectives.
  • Planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and conversion.
  • Monitoring email performance metrics and implementing improvements as needed.
  • Driving strategies to enhance the company's online presence and increase e-commerce sales.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to optimize the online shopping experience.
  • Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
About Us

We are a small, friendly, and collaborative company who have created a brand based on a huge gap in the market within retail. We are now looking for an Ecommerce Trading & Marketing Executive to help manage our Direct to Consumer website as well as our brand's marketplaces.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • E-commerce experience in a Direct to Consumer business and ideally experience using Shopify.
  • Working with web development teams / agencies.
  • Strong commercial growth mindset.
  • Understanding of Digital Marketing – ideally SEO, Paid and Social.
