About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to join our team at Euro Projects Recruitment. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading all proactive business development and account management of a mature revenue stream worth £3m-£5m on an annual basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively drive new business activities to win new orders and new customers.
  • Build, lead, and maintain strong customer relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Grow the order book through targeting long-term sustainable revenue growth.
  • Work closely with the sales, projects, and engineering team to develop new and innovative technical solutions for customers.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of sales performance, including winning new business and developing key accounts.
  • Experience of providing high-quality tender/bid submissions and interpreting contract terms and conditions.
  • Commercial astute and able to work collaboratively with engineers and project teams.
  • Good length of tenure within their career, with prior experience of selling into the UK rail sector or selling products that are electrical/control systems/SCADA/systems engineering focused an advantage.
