We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to join our team at Euro Projects Recruitment. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading all proactive business development and account management of a mature revenue stream worth £3m-£5m on an annual basis.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively drive new business activities to win new orders and new customers.
- Build, lead, and maintain strong customer relationships with new and existing customers.
- Grow the order book through targeting long-term sustainable revenue growth.
- Work closely with the sales, projects, and engineering team to develop new and innovative technical solutions for customers.
- Proven track record of sales performance, including winning new business and developing key accounts.
- Experience of providing high-quality tender/bid submissions and interpreting contract terms and conditions.
- Commercial astute and able to work collaboratively with engineers and project teams.
- Good length of tenure within their career, with prior experience of selling into the UK rail sector or selling products that are electrical/control systems/SCADA/systems engineering focused an advantage.
- A competitive salary commensurate with experience, plus bonus, plus company car or car allowance.
- Flexible working hours and a pension scheme.
- 25 days holiday plus all bank holidays and more.
