Job Overview

Flair for Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Success Executive to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

About the Role

  • As the primary point of contact for designated clients, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and provide timely support.
  • You will take ownership of client escalations, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Deputize for the team lead and assist with case allocation, ensuring seamless workflow.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Handle a high volume of client queries, including inbound and Zendesk requests, providing accurate and timely responses.

About You

  • You possess a deep understanding of investment platforms, APIs, and product wrappers (SIPP, ISA, and GIA).
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and adapt your style to suit their needs.
  • You are an expert in relationship building and can handle complex queries with ease.
  • You are confident in presenting analysis and making recommendations to senior stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the investment platform industry.
  • Strong knowledge of API's and product wrappers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
