Position Overview

Kleboe Jardine Ltd is a prominent global entity excelling in the telecommunications and energy sectors through the production of pre-connectorized, blown fibre cabling and ducted network solutions. We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to enhance our operations by acquiring new clientele while optimizing the potential of existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve targeted sales and product margins established at the start of the fiscal year.
  • Concentrate on expanding sales within the Energy sector.
  • Introduce and market new products as they become available.
  • Attract new clients and enhance the customer base annually.
  • Oversee current accounts and devise strategies to maximize business potential for each client.
  • Build and sustain customer relationships, focusing on achieving and exceeding sales objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive research and development to promote our portfolio of industry-leading solutions and services.
  • Support all accounts by fostering an exceptional customer service ethos and cultivating business loyalty.
  • Generate effective and insightful sales reports.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to create promotional campaigns across various platforms.
  • Engage in forecasting and strategic business planning.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in business development and key account management.
  • Exceptional sales, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Prior experience in the Cables / ducting industry
  • Capability to interpret financial data.
  • Strong communication and persuasive skills.
  • Proven success in managing a diverse range of activities simultaneously.
  • Ability to plan and achieve objectives effectively.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Self-motivated with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent time management capabilities.
  • Results-oriented mindset.
