Position: Client Relationship Executive

Work Arrangement: Hybrid role with office presence required once a week. Flexible hours available, accommodating both part-time and full-time schedules.

Language Requirement: Proficiency in French is essential.

Overview:
Our client, a prominent international publishing firm, is in search of a Client Relationship Executive to drive profit enhancement through the effective oversight of both new and existing client accounts. This role encompasses the entire sales process, from initial outreach to final delivery, utilizing methods such as prospecting, telemarketing, and account management.

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Portfolio Development:** Build and manage a personal portfolio of clients through proactive outreach, including cold calling businesses, particularly those operating in French-speaking markets.
2. **Customer Onboarding:** Once clients are secured, handle all customer service responsibilities and continuously nurture the account to ensure ongoing satisfaction and growth.
3. **Performance Incentives:** The quality of service provided directly correlates with profitability; therefore, exceptional service will lead to increased earnings. Bonuses are awarded for both new client acquisition and retention.

Qualifications:
Experience in a dynamic sales environment, particularly in cold calling, whether via phone or in-person, is highly desirable.

Compensation:
The role offers a pro-rata salary of £25,000, along with performance-based bonuses. The flexibility of the position allows for either full-time or part-time commitments.
