Customer Success Senior Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Success Executive to join our team at Flair for Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans to drive growth.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on investment products and services, ensuring they make informed decisions.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis and present recommendations to senior stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the investment industry.
- Strong knowledge of investment products, including SIPP, ISA, and GIA.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
