Senior Customer Success Manager

Job Overview
Flair for Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Success Executive to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
About the Role
- As the primary point of contact for designated clients, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and provide timely support.
- You will take ownership of client escalations, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Deputize for the team lead and assist with case allocation, ensuring seamless workflow.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Handle a high volume of client queries, including inbound and Zendesk requests, providing accurate and timely responses.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong understanding of API's and platform operations.
- Significant knowledge of product wrappers, including SIPP, ISA, and GIA.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and adapt to different situations.
- Expertise in relationship building and conflict resolution, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Confidence in presenting complex analysis and making recommendations to senior stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
