Role Overview

Objective of the Position

In the capacity of a Compliance Manager, you will assist the Head of Compliance in establishing and sustaining a robust compliance framework for Evelyn Partners International (EPI) and Evelyn Partners (Channel Islands) Limited (EPCI) in Jersey. Your role will involve effective communication with all personnel, including the broader Group, while serving as a Money Laundering Compliance Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

Aiding in the upkeep of current compliance risk assessments, identifying regulatory compliance and financial crime risks associated with EPI and EPCI. Overseeing compliance and ensuring that regulatory reporting is precise and current. Providing daily support and guidance on regulatory and financial crime matters to the wider team. Managing client grievances and escalating issues when necessary. Ensuring appropriate measures are in place to review Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and other account opening documentation. Delivering training to the team as required.

Qualifications for Success:

Possess a recognized benchmark qualification alongside relevant practical experience. Demonstrate proven compliance/AML experience within an investment or funds sector. Exhibit substantial practical knowledge and understanding of pertinent regulatory requirements.
