A&P Group, Falmouth, is seeking a skilled Recruitment Administrator to join our HR Team on a 12-month fixed-term basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft and post job adverts to attract top talent
  • Liaise with Line Managers and the HR Team to schedule and coordinate interviews
  • Provide exceptional candidate experience through timely updates and feedback
  • Conduct background and reference checks as part of the pre-employment process
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Prepare and coordinate induction and onboarding activities
  • Support recruitment events, job fairs, and networking events as required
Requirements
  • Previous administrative experience, preferably in recruitment
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving
