A&P Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator to join our HR Team on a 12-month fixed-term basis.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment Administration: Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, including drafting and posting job adverts, scheduling and coordinating interviews, and maintaining the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Candidate Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
- Background Checks: Conduct thorough background and reference checks as part of the pre-employment process.
- Onboarding: Prepare and coordinate induction and onboarding activities for new employees.
- Event Support: Assist in organizing and participating in recruitment events, job fairs, and networking events as required.
- Administrative Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role is essential, with a recruitment-focused background being beneficial.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) is required.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
